CAPABILITIES AND APTITUDES
-Extremely fast. Capable of reaching upwards of 650 mph.
-Very agile and acrobatic, capable of some impressive jumps, wall-kicks, and acrobatics.
-An amateur tinkerer and roboteer; has some experience refurbishing and revamping scrapped robots, as well as creating a large (excessive) amount of Robo-Chao.
-Excellent skater, both with his roller blades and skate-type Extreme Gear.

WEAKNESSES
-Can't turn or corner any more than a gentle veer while running; you ever run into a brick wall at 500 mph? Axel has.
-Too used to being able to run circles around his foes to be accustomed to taking hits.
-While he's technically intelligent, he's overly excitable and sometimes a bit gullible.

APPEARANCE
-Lime green scales from head to toe
-Darker green markings on his crests, a stripe on the bridge of his nose, and a long stripe extending from the base of his spine to about 2/3rds of the way down his tail
-Pale green muzzle and belly
-Three rounded, downward-arcing crests on his head; one in the center at the top, and one lower down on either side. Has two smaller 'bang' like spikes on the crown of his head.
-Large three-spiked crest on his back
-Very long, thick tapered tail
-Rounded, slightly enlongated snout and muzzle
-Vivid orange eyes
-Two small pitted nostrils

USUAL ATTIRE
-White gloves with black cuffs
-White and yellow roller blades with orange wheels and accents, and black straps and cuffs
