[p] tailmouths, revisited

my tailmouth ocs, revisited from their 2014 art to present!

l-r they're actually in reverse order of creation oops lol.

furthest left is Noise (body) and Mute (tail). noise can't speak above a whisper, so he whispers to mute and mute repeats. mute, however, is a little shit, and so often takes some liberties with his translations.

middle are Keiki, or "Cake" (body), Spice (darker tail), and Velvet (lighter tail). cake wants to live in peace, but spice and velvet are assholes, and are a bitchy greek chorus attached to him at the spine. they're gonna get him stabbed one day.

furthest right is Pippin (body) and Bo (tail). bo is borderline-feral and super aggressive, and he'll rip anyone limb from limb who even looks funny at pippin. meanwhile, pippin's kinda... dumb. like, very trusting and cheerful, so it's probably a good thing that bo's got his back.

and yes, bo is supposed to be massive compared to pippin-- bo is abnormally large and pippin is naturally petite. pippin has to help carry bo so that they can actually walk.
